| 1996 | Beginning of trailer axle production, based on the disk brake technology introduced by Daimler-Benz. |
| 2001 | 1.5 million commercial vehicle axles with disc brakes produced at the Kassel plant. Production start-up of the DLS steering axle. |
| 2003 | Successful market launch of the Durable Compact Axle (DCA). |
| 2005 | DCA enhanced to create the weight-optimised DCA Weightmaster. |
| 2006 | Start of series production of the DCA Megamaster. Presentation of the DCA Airmaster as a product innovation at the commercial vehicles IAA in Hanover. Construction of the plant’s 300,000th trailer axle. |
| 2007 | Trailer axles marketed under the new name of Mercedes-Benz TrailerAxleSystems. Product presentation debut of the DCA Steermaster. |
| 2008 | On 2 January 2008, start of series production of the DCA Airmaster. A total of over 15 million commercial vehicle axles have now been produced at the Kassel plant. |
| 2010 | The MercedesServiceCard for Mercedes-Benz trailer axles was presented at IAA 2010. |
| 2011 | Commencement of production of DCA Steermaster on 2 March 2011. |
