Order form for trailer axles
In the adjacent download box you will find our order form. This serves to support and simplify the process for you when you wish to order trailer axles from us. Please fill in the active fields and fax the form to us. The fields that have a corner highlighted in red contain additional information and are intended to help you fill in the form correctly. Please note: we consider a completed form to be a binding order.

Model designation & order code
The model designation describes the technical specification of our product families. It shows the axle model, wheel offset, brake disc size or axle load and is the basis for the further technical design of the major assemblies.
The above picture shows a sample model designation which you will find on any installation drawing in your technical manual.
The order code is based on the model designation but it also defines the precise technical version of each individual axle. In addition to the axle model the brake version, track/frame centres and ride height are clearly defined here. The air suspension type, brake cylinders as well as optional accessories can also be defined.
An order code is assigned to every axle you order. The code is printed on both the order confirmation and on the subsequent forms that you will receive such as a delivery note or invoice.
