When making a Warranty Application, the claimant has two options:

  • Complete an Online- warranty form and submit by e-mail (Warranty request Online)
  • Print out and complete a Fax- warranty form and submit by fax (Warranty request PRINT)

The warranty applications must be filled out legibly and in full. The claimant must complete chassis number of the vehicle in question. Also the claim number must be written on all correspondence with our office. Further warranty conditions will be available on the form.Upon receipt of the warranty application, we will contact you and inform you of the next steps.
